Delivery and payment
We deliver throughout Moldova by courier service, except for Transnistria.
Delivery cost in Chisinau:
50 – for orders under 1000 lei;
Delivery is made within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday.
Payment methods:
Online payment of the order with Visa and MasterCard bank cards;
EXPRESS delivery – only in Chisinau (excluding suburbs):
Delivery is made within 3 hours, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 13:00.
Delivery cost – 100 lei.
Delivery cost in Moldova:

Delivery is made within 72 hours, from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Orders are delivered by phone, so please provide a correct and complete phone number. If you provide an incorrect phone number, your order will be canceled. You will be contacted during business hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Also, during this period you can contact us for any questions regarding orders or products at 067641469. Delivery methods:
The order will be delivered to any location in the country via EVS Courier. Products are delivered exclusively via the courier company; there is no possibility of delivery via the Moldovan Post or picking up the order at the company's headquarters.
The order will be delivered only to the entrance of the building. Please go outside to meet the courier and collect the order.
Delivery times:
We want the products to be shipped as soon as possible, so we make every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed during the week, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00. Products available in stock will be delivered within 2–3 business days from the time of placing the order. In the case of products with limited stock, they can be shipped within 5 days. If the products have been paid in advance, the money will be returned immediately after you receive the notification of the unavailability of the products. In the aforementioned situations, you can contact us by phone before placing the order, at 067641469, to be informed in real time about the availability of the desired products and delivery times. Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are non-working days, when couriers do not deliver. If you place an order on one of these days, it will be processed on the next working day.
In order for the courier to find you quickly, please indicate the correct and complete delivery address. Please note that delivery is made between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday; therefore, indicate an address where the courier can find you during this time. The order will be delivered only to the entrance of the block. Please go outside to meet the courier and collect the order.
If you have placed multiple orders by mistake, please let us know so that we do not send you additional packages and return unnecessary ones. Unfortunately, if there is a return registered in your name, the next delivery will only be possible after paying the additional delivery cost.
If you have noticed other products that you need after you have already placed an order, please contact us and we will modify the order by adding the desired products. In this case, there may be a delay in the delivery of the package, which you will be informed about in due time. Please do not place another order if you have changed your mind about the products, but contact us by phone. It may happen that on the day of delivery you will not be at the confirmed address; please contact us and reschedule the delivery for another day, when you can be found for delivery between 9:00 and 17:00. Please note that the large number of packages that the courier has to deliver, so delivering the package at an exact time is not possible. Please agree on the delivery time with the courier.
